This 6-month Community of Practice is designed in response to requests from nonprofit executives and community leaders for TIME, CONNECTION & TOOLS for organizational equity.

Overarching Objectives:

• Establish/Renew confidence in your role through increased competencies and applications for equity and justice

• Gain trusted thought partners among your AZ Emerging Leader peers

• Learn and communicate data-informed, positive outcomes of JEDI work for those still skeptical.

• 2024 Report Blocking the Backlash from Building Movement Project

• Accountability and managing expectations of staff, board and community

• Equitable and justice-oriented strategies for conflict resolution

• Using Data to inform more equitable decision-making
